A farmer’s son brought up on a farm in Gloucestershire Nigel went to Shuttleworth Agricultural College in Bedfordshire where he obtained a National Diploma in Agriculture. He has had wide experience of farming with his father on several holdings in Herefordshire.
After graduating from the Royal Agricultural College, he began his career with Coles, Knapp & Kennedy in Ross-on-Wye where he qualified and became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
Nigel is Secretary of the Llanwarne Agricultural Society and the Herefordshire Ploughing Association. He has had many years’ experience in the rural environment in Herefordshire and the adjoining Counties.

A farmer’s daughter from Gloucestershire, Susan prides herself on her extensive farming experience having been brought up on a mixed livestock farm.
Susan runs a small flock of pedigree Beltex sheep alongside a commercial flock of Beltex x Suffolk ewes on the family holding.
Susan graduated with a degree in Rural Estate Management from Seale Hayne Agricultural College in Devon, and started her career working alongside Nigel at Morris Bricknell on all rural matters and gaining her Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors qualification in 2006.
